Craig,
We did a long feature analysis awhile back, the end result of which was that Captivate offered better output options.

Shouldn't your excellent reasons be the business drivers that are compelling you to create narrated video tutorials? It seems like that should be separated from any software selection process, unless the software in question is orders of magnitude more expensive.
