There's a company I'm romancing, hoping to be hired there (they need me but don't have any open reqs yet - I'm trying to convince them that having a tech writer on staff would be a Good Thing) that follows TS-16949, which I understand is part of the ISO 9000 standard. I've done a little research on ISO 9000 documentation in general, although I've never been a part of developing any ISO 9000 documentation per se, although I've written plenty of policy and procedure documents, and developed workflow documentation (but that was for a bank, not an engineering firm).
Is there a good layman's book on ISO 9000 documentation, where I can learn a little bit about the requirements, so I'll know better what I'm talking about?
