Both options seem good. I prefer free and low maintenance, but I will look into these.

There are a number of them. I like 1Password because it is cross-platform
(mac,windows, iOS, android) and cross-browser. It uses
strong encryption to store your data.
I use RoboForm, which appears to have the same features as 1Password.
