Heh, agree there... but I can't call my guy "infuriating". It's just part of his nature, the rest of which is one of the nicest, sharpest, friendliest, most helpful people you'd ever meet. As with the other soft-spoken gentleman, working around his foibles is worth a little effort. Just try not to be on the other end of a call...
