Guess I should have also mentioned that I've read that - and the summary I got was that localisation is Obligatory in France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine - Elsewhere then balance it up and consult your legal department if you want to retail in that country - we have no legal department so I was just hoping some of my fellow might have already hit this wall.
