TextCrawler if I want to do it bulk by folder. Notepad++ if I want more control and only want to do search/replace on specific text based files (open each file, run a search/replace across open files).

I have Windows 7 and I'm not thrilled with its search interface.

What is your favorite find-and-replace tool, for searching and replacing text strings in multiple files across a network?

Must be regex-friendly.

Thank you,
