1. Client-1 can see when I'm free and when I'm busy *by viewing the gmail
calendar that they set up for me in their own msemp -at- client-1 -dot- com gmail
account* calendar. The busy times will include not only client-1's meetings
(for which they should of course see the details), but also when they cannot
schedule a meeting with me because I'm "busy" -- with other client meetings
or personal time blocked out.
2. People at client-1 should not have to know that I have some other shared
gmail calendar that they have to consult; they should just need to look at
my msemp -at- client-1 -dot- com gmail calendar.
3. All my meetings that are on my local/personal Outlook calendar should
appear on my client-1.com gmail calendar, but show only "busy" -- not show
the details of the appointment.
4. My wish is that the gmail sync tool not even upload the meeting details
when it syncs from Outlook to gmail -- I don't really wish that info to live
on gmail's servers.
I think items 1-3 *are* accomplished by the sync program -- at least that's
what the sharing settings assure me -- but item 4 doesn't seem possible.
So I'll just continue to manually double-enter my non-client-1 meetings onto
my client-1 gmail calendar. A bit of a nuisance, but not so bad.
