Oops, hit the wrong button. Second attempt.

There are two things you can do to improve your results:

1. Word's misses in cases like this are not consistent. Run the concordance file three or four times

2. Make a separate concordance list for each language and run each one individually.

Word does not delete index fields from previous runs, so after you've done the multiple concordance runs, you can just reinsert the index the same way you would if you had manually entered all the fields.
