Hmm. That sounds weird and doesn't give me any idea of the document's purpose.
Yes, by itself "Tech Puzzle" doesn't necessarily convey its purpose. But as soon as the first two sentences of the Introduction are read, it's more than clear. And by the time we've written a whole series of these (planned and in-progress now), I think it'll work well.
(And if it doesn't, we'll change things :-).
