I don't have those numbers and don't believe they would be a deciding factor. The cost savings for localization would be perceived as worthwhile, even if it actually cost me more initially to make adjustments on my end. I'm more concerned about the user experience. I don't want to diminish the user experience and am willing to push for additional localization costs to keep a better user experience. However, if there are alternatives that don't diminish the user experience, I would implement them in order to save localization costs.
