Re: P&P suggestions
Greetings...
I'm working on a P&P project, which isn't my usual fare.
The client is a city IT department, and we're rebuilding their docs on IT matters. Especially security, but other topics as well.
Their scheme is: Policies set by the City Council, Administrative Orders set by the City Manager, and Procedures set by the IT Department.
Except that some of the AOs are policies, and some are standards.
Any comments or suggestions, as to naming, structure, etc?
Thanks
Jay
