On Wednesday, October 8, 2014, Lin Sims <ljsims -dot- ml -at- gmail -dot- com> had an issue
with a StyleRef to Heading 1 showing the text from the previous section if
the current section doesn't have a Heading 1.

Unfortunately not. There needs to be an empty Heading 1 paragraph on the
first page of the section in order to display a blank line in the header.
