Hi there

Try creating a brand new TOC file. Then auto-generate a TOC. That should get all topics. Then in Tools > Reports > Table of Contents, choose the new TOC and save that report to a file.

Cheers... Rick :)

Hi, all.

I am using RoboHelp 11 on a Windows 7 machine, and I'm trying to list
my RoboHelp 11 topics by filename in an editable file.

I need a complete list of topics because the PDF I can generate from my
help project only lists those topics that have been added to the Table
of Contents. Many topic files are supplmental and are not listed in the
TOC.

The Reports function provides lots of ways to generate various topic
lists, but nothing that provides that exact outcome:

"Topics by Priority" lists only the topic titles
"Topic References" and "Topic Properties" list the topic titles and
then the filename, but it would take manual cutting and pasting to
reverse the order and I don't have time to do that.

I've resorted to

1. Taking a screenshot with SnagIt
2. Saving it as a PDF
3. Using OCR in Adobe Professional to save it as an editable file

The resulting file contains all kinds of weird artifacts that I'll have
to clean out, but at least it's something.

What am I missing? Surely RH provides a way to print a list of topics
by filename . . . .

Thanks
