I may have missed the initial email, but are you checking that your code is friendly with all the browsers? Not all browsers read or use the same commands. Same with color display.

Have you tried checking out the stack overflow forums? It sounds to be like it's a code issue, which they might be able to help you troubleshoot.

But the rule of thumb here would be, code to the most "difficult" browser.
