I didn't want to reply too early. Reading all the replies to the question first. Thanks for the info. I appreciate everyone's input. You don't want to mess around with the IRS. They don't have much of a sense of humor.

As I noted previously, in the second and third quarter, the payments are due a month early (June and September)..
