Hello Raphael,
In addition to the excellent advice you already got, I'd just add 2 minor points:
1. Dual approach: ask for a raise and at the same time look for alternatives (possibly via a head hunter) since no current company will give you a raise above 10% (as correctly noted by others).
2. Somebody suggested to ask for additional benefits. To the examples given, I'd add tuition fee (formal degree or various professional courses). While this is tax-deductible for your company, if you planned to learn of course, it can be mutually beneficial. You get something that will make you more knowledgeable and marketable in the future.
