Isn't it some sort of requirement that the manuals for any piece of military equipment weigh some percentage of the equipment's weight? A four-pound manual for a 40,000 pound tank? 0.0002 oz of bits holding the embedded manual for a 2-ounce (military grade) frobnitz?
