I created a new technical user manual for a client in Word 2013, saving it
in DOCX format. All looks as it should on my system. The DOCX was emailed
to the client.

Yesterday afternoon the client showed me his printoutâit was an abhorrent
mess! He had printed it from Word 2010.

What could be the reasons why this happened?

I suggested to the client that:

- It could be he saved my DOCX as a DOC before printing and that this
caused the corruption.

- More likely, he has incorrect printer driver installed on his system.

Other ideas?

Thanks
