Hi,

I'd have them check C:\Windows\Fonts to see if they have Century Gothic
(including bold, italic, bold italic, etc.).

I think Body Text is a default Microsoft Style, so it is possible that a
definition of that style in Normal.dot is overriding your definition of
that style.

Did they check your file on more than one computer? Also, did they check on
a computer that has different printer drivers than the computer they had
the trouble with?
