I wouldnât call it awful, but I would say it is unnecessary. One idea is to rewrite as âBe careful when approaching wildebeests, unicorns, elephants, and other wild animals.â If your reviewers insist on ending the sentence with a âso onâ of sorts, you can just remove the âsuch as.â
