This is what you get when you ask product managers and marketing people 
for document requirements.  When you ask the people who actually use 
products, what they tell you they want is the answers to their 
questions, without having to do a lot of searching for them.

With today's delivery channels, that most often ends up sounding a lot 
like a single sheet of text instructions or a web page with text and 
some inline figures. In the distant future, it'll probably be something 
like the computer on the Starship Enterprise that people can ask 
question of in plain language and get the answer they want right away.

Right now, the closest thing we have to that is asking Siri where the 
nearest dim sum restaurant is.
