Actually, I'd argue that 'online' has come and gone. Think social media. If
it isn't in the form of a video on YouTube or it can't be Googled, it
doesn't exist. And, of course, I'm talking mobile only - many people
operate solely in the mobile space now. A PDF on an vanilla web site is
just so 2000.
