I wasn't trying to divide the help at all. Each module in the product can
be installed and used as a standalone package, yes, so it is possible to
wind up with an installation of only 1 module out of the 11 available.

There are/were 2 help editions, each for a specific user type. The previous
installation had this setup for the help packages, according to the
developer:

\Software Product root directory
\Help
\User Type X help
\User Type Y help


I got the map IDs and ID numbers from the developer. I reused the ones they
had earlier, specifically so they wouldn't have to change the code. I've
gone through the process of assigning the IDs and numbers to the current
HTML files. I changed the file names in the mappings, not the IDs or
numbers.
