I don't go looking: the support come looking for me. Just like Chuck Norris.

However, our docs site is a wiki where registered users can add comments to
ask questions. Then we have a community forum where similar people ask more
broad based questions.

Then there's support, who like me, are involved in both discussions, as
well as handling direct customer calls.
