Maybe it would be useful to put a link to the Jobs list sighup at the top
of the techwr-l rulles thing that comes out monthly. Also, do I remember
that there is also a Chat list for off topic discussions?

If members were reminded of these other lists regularly they would likely
have more traffic and be more useful.
