OK. Yet another "How do I convince my clients that they're idiots?"
question ;)

Seriously, though, I have a newbie question.

I've read/heard in the past that Serif is best for print, and Sans for the
computer screen. *Are there single-source systems that allow you to set
different fonts for screen & print?*
Yes, I know, PDFs can be both. But, I'd still like an answer to the above
question.
