Hello all,
I manage a 3-person tech writing team at a software company. My manager asked me for a Tech Writer Hiring Plan/Proposal he can present to the executive staff.Â
Basically, he wants to know my staffing goals and how I'd justify the added headcount; such as what would each added writer get the company - things like:
* Increased project coverage* Quality improvements, etc...
Has anyone created a hiring plan/proposal? Any advice or examples would be a HUGE help to me! Thanks in advance.
