When an initial letter is capped like InDesign, LinkedIn, TechSmith, it's
not camelCase. It's PascalCase.

Here's a quick summary of the four variants on cramming words to remove
spaces:

   - camelCase
   - PascalCase
   - snake_case
   - kebab-case
