The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I'd actually love to find a way to integrate some type of chat bot into our
help system. If users are unable to find the information they need, they
can have the option to speak to customer service or send us an email.
