Notes: * Nonmembers paying the full conference fee can receive complimentary
membership for the remainder of the calender year by signing the
Registration Form. (The difference in a Member and Nonmember full
conference fee rate is the cost of membership.)
* Advance registration rates apply only to registration forms with
payment postmarked on or before Friday, May 28, 1993. If your
registration form and payment are not received before Wednesday,
June 2, you must register at the conference at the walk-in rate.
All registrations received by May 7 will be entered in a drawing for
a free registration and other prizes.
* Full conference registration includes a copy of the Proceedings.
Extra Proceedings may be purchased for $50/copy.
* Individuals registering as "Student/Retired STC Member" or
"One-Day Registration" do not receive a copy of the Proceedings.

CHECKLIST FOR ATTENDING THE 40TH STC ANNUAL CONFERENCE
___ Read the Preliminary Program.
___ Complete the Conference Registration and Workshop Registration Forms and
return them with the necessary fees to the STC office in Arlington,
Virginia.
___ Complete the Housing Form and return it with the necessary deposit to the
STC Housing Bureau at the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau in Dallas,
Texas.
___ Complete the Conference Hospitality and Tour Registration Form and return
it with your payment to Yellow Rose Touring & Special Events in Dallas,
Texas.
___ Make your Travel Arrangements. Be sure to check Delta and Southwest's
airfares.

NOTES
* You MUST use the official 40th STC Annual Conference forms found in the
Preliminary Program. Forms are not available by E-Mail.
* All fees must be payable in U.S. or the equivalent in Canadian dollars.
For overseas registrants, checks must be payable in U.S. dollars drawn on
a U.S. bank.
