BRS Software Products in Albany, NY needs a technical writer to analyze,
write, edit, and update software documentation.  You will work with
software development staff to evaluate system specifications and verify
documentation.  You will also test and document product features and
may contribute to the design of user interfaces and online help systems.

Candidates must have some experience in a development environment.
Candidates with 2 or more years of experience may qualify for a senior
level position and corresponding increase in compensation and
responsibility.  Desktop publishing skills are required.  Knowledge
of various operating environments (such as Windows, Novell, UNIX,
and/or X Windows) is preferred.


NOTE:  Sorry, but BRS does NOT pay relocation benefits (at least not
for anything less than a VP or Director).
