I have a goodie to share, too:
An outside project I recently worked on is getting more compliments for the
manual than for the program! The audience is teachers, and they are using the
book to overcome a lot of technophobia as well -- breaking stuff into little
(e.g., 1) put the disk in the drive. 2) Click on File and select Run...) steps
DOES help!
