At my former company, one of the writers chose to use it because it was cheap..
On the down side, it is a very limiting product. Would suggest that if they
have Word4Win, use the Newsletter template that comes with it, or purchase
some very cheap templates (one very affordable one from Paper Direct) to use
for the newsletter. Also some good templates with MicroSoft Publisher.
