For Ron Stone:

Telecommunications companies, and others, have followed
the Bell System's Task Oriented Practices (TOP) format for years
when prepairing Task modules and Detailed Procedure moduless for
installation, operation, and maintenance documents.

The TOP format is detailed in the Bell System Information
Publication IP 10260. You can obtain copies of the Bellcore
publications catalog by calling:

Belcore Customer Service Hotline

US Calls: (800) 521-CORE (2673)
Outside US: (908) 699-5800
FAX: (908) 336-2559

An automated attendant service answers your voice call.
To bypass the voice menu and talk to a customer service person,
press 4 on your touchtone phone.

I hope this helps.

Best Regards!
