Subject:spec writing From:Jill R Shapiro <jsbz+ -at- ANDREW -dot- CMU -dot- EDU> Date:Thu, 13 Jan 1994 15:26:19 -0500
A client called asking for someone to do technical writing/
software spec writing. I did some canned spec writing (have
the client fill-in-the-blanks on pre-printed forms) in
1987 for a hospital information systems vendor but haven't
done any spec writing since then.
Is anyone out there who has done spec writing recently as
part of their tech writing responsibilities
willing to share their experiences? And does anyone know of
any journal or text references to get me going? Thanks.
