"WinHelp" in the subject line refers to the Windows 3.x online help engine,
WINHELP.EXE. The peculiar behavior is as follows: Instead of the buttons on
the button bar being a fixed width, and lining up next to each other, they
become horizontally expandable and stack up VERTICALLY. It looks rather odd,
but I'd really, REALLY like to be able to make it happen on demand. The
reason: everything we've heard from internal testers suggest the standard
button bar is almost invisible to users.
