If you have ftp capabilities and know how to transfer files via the
Internet, Microsoft has an ftp server (ftp.microsoft.com) that contains
the latest RTF spec in Microsoft Word for Windows (2.0 & 6.0) format.
After logging in via 'anonymous' ftp, look for RTF_W2.DOC and RTF_W6.DOC
in the /developer/drg/RTF-Info directory. (Make sure you set the ftp
transfer to BINARY mode before getting the file.)
