Regarding taking tests during the interview process, I was once asked to
come in to take a "pre-employment" test and assumed it was the usual "write a
procedure" and "pick out what's wrong with each sentence"--WRONG! They were
IQ and personality tests that were copyrighted back in the _1940s_! YIKES!!
I was told that these tests weeded out those people who were not willing to
work as "team" members.
