I've changed the format of the headers in my documentation set from the way my
predecessor had them. I now do the following:
Left Hand Page:
Top Left
2-5 Chapter 2: Installing the Software
Top Right
SECTION 2.2 System Requirements
Bottom Center
Installation Guide
2-5 is of course the page number. Right page mirrors left page.
This is all fine, except for some Appendicies, which do not have section
divisions. Do I
a) leave the section portion blank
or
b) fill the void by repeating chapter info?
