Not like tech writers at all, right? I thought there was a bit of
smugness in the mention of engineers inventing their own copyediting
marks, not to mention the discussion of engineers who give all the
*wrong* kinds of feedback during review cycles. (But of course,
everyone learns about copyediting marks in high school! Think back --
it was the day after we learned Celsius/Fahrenheit conversion ;->)
