I have been documenting a DOS application where some of the instructions on the
screen in one area of the program said "Select <such-and-so> and press Enter",
and in another place it would say, "Choose <such-and-so>". This suggests
SELECT + ENTER = CHOOSE. But the obvious workaround is to say a few times
early on, "Remember, to choose an option, use the arrow keys to highlight it,
then press Enter," and thereafter to simply use "choose."
