Hmmm... I've gone two routes in getting the manuals printed.
one was to get the printer drivers for the DocuTech 135 that the manuals were
to be printed on (from the press), then printing to PostScript files and sendi
ng the press the files, and the second method was to tell the press that they
could either buy a copy of FrameMaker or lose my business.
Both seemed to work. The advantage to the second was that the files are much
smaller; the advantage to the first was that I did not need to worry about
fonts.
