Sue, you certainly hit on some classic problems. Some of them are
counterparts of old, familiar problems, but some of them are, evidently,
peculiar to these times and technological environments. This information
will go into some work I am doing on training for technical writers, and
I am trying to avoid theory and use the real-life experience of tech
writers as much as possible. Many thanks for your input.
