Well, I haven't written a joke book, but I wrote a cook book. I don't
include that on my resume, but it's on my c.v. That made sense to
me. My roar of outrage was directed toward the comment about marital
status. I should have been clearer. My marital status is nobody's
business in a professional context. (IMHO, and the point about customs
in other countries being taken into consideration.)
