Excellent thoughts, Robert! And now that you mention it, I've
not only seen that anomaly before, I've wondered about it just
as you said; as in "why don't I have a notes page here?" This
has been especially notable in seminar handouts.

I feel I'm flip-flopping here. First I liked the "NOTES"
concept, now I see holes in it. I'm so easily influenced...
