Hi Nancy: I work in the documentation department for Northern Telecom in
Toronto. Several of the people in my office have taken the JoAnne Hackos
workshop and found it extremely valuable. They found Dr. Hackos to be
knowledgeable and her material well-presented. We were so impressed with
their comments that several of us bought her book on managing
documentation. (I haven't had a chance to read my book yet.) Hope these
comments are helpful. Regards Chris V.K.
