The bread-and-butter way to get into the newsletter biz is to do a
newsletter about your technical newsletter business, and send it around
to all the companies who might want you to do a newsletter for them.
You get paid a fee for your work, they pay for printing and distribution.

The hard way is to start your own newsletter and try to sell subscriptions
to it. Lots of people have done it successfully, of course. What
the hey.

Either way, you're going into business, and you should read as many
"how to go into business for yourself" books as you can.
