I have discovered a newsletter, "Legal Bytes" published by George,
Donaldson & Ford, L.L.P. This is Austin-based.

The newsletter is free and available online. The articles are summaries
and brief discussions of emerging legal issues in the field of computer
and intellectual property law.
The Fall/Winter 1994 issue contains topics on Email: to read or not to read,
Steve Jackson Games (Illuminati BBS) vs. U.S. Secret Service.
