Arthur Commings and Dick Gaskill (NT) wanted to know how to link their Frame
help files to their applications (From Dick's post I assume that Frame
creates native help files for Windows):

We develop software in C++ and in LISP (AutoCAD) and essentially, you need
to call the Windows help engine along with the help filename and the topic
map string or ID number (depending if Frame maps the topics).
Ex: winhelp helpfile>topicID
