Some (but not all) of the Microsoft manuals we have for the Office suite say:
"Microsoft Word was used in the production of this manual."
I think it may be safe to assume that Word is not the _only_ program used in
the production of Microsoft manuals. I suppose someone from Microsoft would
have to confirm that.
